Pro V DL

The Viking Pro 5 is a 3 product, liquid rinse, liquid sanitizer & (liquid or powdered/solid) detergent probe controlled warewash dispenser for high temp dish machines. The Pro 5 can be ordered with 2 internal transformers, 2 internal transformers and a pressure switch, or as an external transformer unit.

Pro 5 DL is a 3 liquid pump system.
Pro 5 DP is a 2 liquid & dry detergent system used with a Viking Bowl.
Optional 480 volt transformers available (for 2 internal units only).
