MOLYFORGE MoS₂ Extreme-Pressure Grease

MolyForge is a premium, multi-purpose extreme-pressure grease formulated with molybdenum disulfide, high-viscosity petroleum base oil, and a calcium sulfonate complex thickener system. It provides dependable lubrication and protection for demanding automotive, marine, industrial, agricultural, construction, and mining applications.

Extreme-pressure additives provide resistance to shock and heavy loads. MolyForge forms a durable protective film that resists rust, corrosion, chemical breakdown, oxidation, water washout, and corrosive saltwater environments.

MolyForge meets or exceeds ASTM D4950 automotive and industrial testing requirements, earning an NLGI GC-LB classification. It also meets Caterpillar’s 5% moly requirement.

DIRECTIONS

Remove as much of the old grease as possible before application. Clean exposed areas with a suitable degreaser. Pump MolyForge into the grease fitting until the old grease is displaced and fresh grease appears. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s lubrication intervals and recommendations.
